L’appartement se situe dans une résidence sur les quais du port de plaisance de PORT LEUCATE. L’étang salé bordé par les célèbres vignobles du Fitou est à 50m et les plages de la Méditerranée sont à 10 minutes à pied. Tous les commerces sont à moins de 200m. Le parking privé au pied de l’immeuble est sécurisé. Un local vélo est à votre disposition.

Le logement pour 4 personnes est au 2ème étage est composé : d’une entrée, d’un séjour cuisine, d’une chambre, d’une terrasse et d’une salle d’eau. Dans la chambre il y a un lit 2 places 140cm. Dans le séjour se trouve un canapé lit pour 2 personnes avec la TV et un ventilateur. Le coin cuisine est totalement équipé (table de cuisson, frigo-congélateur, four, lave-linge, four micro-ondes..) La salle d’eau est composée d’une cabine douche avec lavabo et w-c.

La terrasse se ferme avec des baies vitrées et on peut y manger confortablement.

Port Leucate is besides the salt water sea, Leucate. Also the well known wineyard, Fitou is just besides. The beach is 10 minutes walk from the flat. The seaside just 50 meter from the flat. All the windows have view towards the sea and the harbour.
Shops is situated 200 meters from the flat. Locked private parkingplace just outside the flat.
Also a room for parking bicycles.
